Fill in the registration form. Make sure to include your payment information. TLC accepts MasterCard and Visa. Make checks out payable to TLC. If you are paying by a Purchase Order be sure to include it with your registration.

You may cancel your registration, however there will be a $45 cancellation fee to cover administrative costs.
